For 2D drawings I usually prefer Autocad and for Architectural 3D models I use Sketch up, Revit. I can create 3D model of Residential, Commercial Buildings. Creation of building includes Floor Plans, Elevations, Electrical plans, Site Plan, Landscaping, Rendered model. It includes all the technical details such as layers, layout, sections, details etc. For mechanical 3D model I prefer Catia/Inventor. I can do Parametric Modelling of parts/assemblies in Inventor/CATIA. I can prepare manufacturing drawing, cost estimation to manufacture any part.
