 As your virtual assistant, I will:

  • Create and update your calendar according to your preferences and availability, using various tools and platforms such as Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, etc. to create and manage your calendar. 
  • Book and confirm appointments for you with your clients, prospects, partners, etc. I will handle the communication and follow-up with them. I will send you reminders and notifications before each appointment, so you don’t miss any important opportunity.
  • Reschedule and cancel appointments for you when necessary. I will handle the communication and negotiation with the other parties involved, and find the best alternative time and date for you, and update your calendar accordingly and inform you of any changes.
  • Organize and managing events for you, such as webinars, workshops, conferences, etc. I will assist with the planning, preparation, promotion, registration, hosting, and follow-up of these events. I will coordinate with the speakers, attendees, sponsors, vendors, etc. and handle any issues or queries that may arise.
  • Optimize your time and productivity by assisting you prioritize your tasks and goals, avoid conflicts and overlaps in your schedule, allocate sufficient time for each activity, and balance your work and personal life.
