I have been a Call center representative for almost an year. I use my knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, complaints, or problems. I speak with customers, listen to them gain a better understanding of their needs, and offer possible solutions. Since I have been working in this field I gained my accent, speaking and convincing power.
