As an answering and message service vendor, I provide independent call center management to commercial accounts only (small or large company clients). A typical day as a vendor, call logging, call monitoring, and chat or text messaging. I realize that most consistent client accounts are in need of before- or after-hours call managment services. I am available for early morning or late evening client hours, including short-notice, weekends, and some holiday hours. I am available to provide order care customer service, if necessary, at my desktop computer and browsing. I have a landline phone line and a cell phone for usage in answering service job projects. I am very familiar with the answering service needs of most industries. I have worked on-site as a switchboard operator for private (small independent companies), public (retail, entertainment), health care (hospital, doctor offices), and goverment (several government agency outlets) sector.
