Davidson County Assessors Office - Previous experience working in call center and scheduling appointments. During this experience, I learned that I am a strong multi-tasker, an easy learner with software programs, patient, well-mannered, and informative in regards to the job. Afterwards, not only did I realize personally that I was good at it, I learned that I loved working with inbound and outbound calling, and I found it to be rewarding on a personal level. Most inbound callers were unhappy due to the nature of the business, but I found a way to calm them down and get the job done in order to take more calls. In addition, I have good verbal/communication skills, I follow the rules, and I have a strong work ethic.
