I've been in a bpo industry for over 8 years now  and i'm doing mostly outbound calls in some accounts like appointment setting, direct selling, surveys etc. i also have experience in doing inbound calls and non-voice jobs. i can work under pressure and manage my time to a certain task that has been assigned to me. And in regards to hitting deadlines, i make sure that i can meet it before the due date. i am well-disciplined, fast-learner and diligent in my job. i am looking forward for a company where i can work with and be an asset to it.
