I scout for and recruit qualified candidates for top rated national companies or small business owners. I am able to locate precise information by utilizing search tools that are far superior to Google, Bing etc... I am trained in using AIR search techniques for specialized search engines, Boolean searches with strings of keywords, Xray on LinkedIn, and Flip methods to name a just a few. Along with these tools, I have access to US job boards. I strive to develop and maintain genuine relationships with my recruits and my clients. Most important, I make it my chief goal to locate the “Perfect Fit" to satisfy the my clients business needs.
