I am a computer specialist majoring on;- 1) Writing captions to describe music and background noises. 2) Watching production and reviewing captions at the same go to determine which caption phrases requires editing. 3) Entering commands to synchronize captions with dialogue and placing on the screen. 4) Translating foreign language dialogue into English language captions or English dialogue into foreign language captions. 5) Operating computerized captioning system for movies or television productions for hearing-impaired and foreign language speaking viewers. 6) Oversees encoding of captions to master tape of television production. 7) Discussing captions with directors or/and producers of movie and television productions. 8) Editing translations for the correctness of grammar, punctuation, and clarity of expressions.
