Perform reviews for proposals (RFI, RFP, RFQ, Task Orders, Bids, SAPs). Conduct comprehensive reviews of the SOW (Statement of Work). Identify federal buying through agency forecast indicators. Determine the viability and level of effort for potential contracts. Collaborate with SME to provide IT (Information Technology) solutions for data analysis; data migration; enterprise systems; cloud platforms; AI methods; database management platforms (Oracle, MySql, DB2); Cyber-Security and system architecture. Responsible for establishing federal sales strategies. Tasks include conducting procurement reviews; mission and business process review sessions. Review and access contract agreements for GWACs (Government Wide Acquisition Contracts), IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity), and MAS. Facilitate mission related meetings with the stakeholders to review the investments made in information systems. Discuss and clarify federal regulations (FAR, CFAR, DFAR, etc.). Facilitate business process review sessions with stakeholders to understand the internal processes in place when providing services to customers (federal, commercial).
