I am a career coach working on the principles of John Holland’s Career theory, VARC Learning Theory and MBTI besides being a Corporate Trainer.

I make career profiles with the help of my web-based assessment tool but that's just one part of my work. I engage with the seekers to help them de-stress from their career related dilemma. This is done by one-to-one counselling and coaching. I have helped about 200 students and working professionals till now in this regard. I conduct online and offline group sessions in which I choose topics related to how to plan career in a DIY fashion.

Having an overall work experience of Fifteen years in areas ranging from Production, field service to customer relations, I have seen many careers and environments of working. This has helped me understand what is really required for a person to make a prudent career decision.

With the above background, I started my initiative named Literate Majstron which is dedicated towards Career Profiling, Coaching and Skill development. I am open to work with individuals as well as institutes on online as well as offline work-modes.
