I have 15 years of engineering and CATIA experience at a Fortune 100 company. I specialize in complex precision 3D surfaces such as carbon fiber molds and tools. I also specialize in reverse engineering high quality CAD models from 3D scans. I have a Bachelors and Master in mechanical engineering from UT and Georgia Tech respectively. If your project is simple I will reject it since you will probably save money using someone else. I am typically called in on the most complex problems when others have failed. Especially when complex contoured surfaces need to be offset for shelled or molded parts. I also simplify geometry so it will be more friendly when translating to NC machine code.
