The expert pointed out that the human body absorbs only about 10% of the iron it gets from foods, pointing out that the iron found in animal products, is absorbed by the body better than that found in plant products.

She pointed out that the human being usually does not feel iron deficiency in his body, therefore, in order to avoid deterioration of his state of health, it is necessary to perform a blood analysis once a year, in order to determine the level of iron in his body, noting that based on the results of this analysis, the doctor will prescribe appropriate medications or supplements appropriate to his health condition.

If the iron deficiency in the body persists for a long time, the Russian medical doctor said that the person will suffer from various symptoms, such as shortness of breath, tachycardia and confusion of consciousness.
