Certified Salesforce System Administrator capable of:
o Coordinating and implementing all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules;
o Developing proof of concept and acceptance criteria involving Salesforce configuration changes, including, but not limited to: Workflow, Process Builder, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports;
o Developing proof of concept and acceptance criteria involving of basic triggers;
o Coordinating Sandbox environment management;
o Understanding and implementing best practices with regard to report and dashboard creation (including maximizing report types) in order to maximize and improve data quality as well as identify and track defects;
o Ensuring proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer is performed;
o Identifying and coordinating resolution of user support tickets and reported defects;
o Coordinating and conducting new user and ongoing user training; and
o Ensuring continuous maintenance of technical documentation.
