I am a certified professional translator by an accredited international organization. I am as well a proof reader and copy-editor. My personal translating/proof reading works are characterized by accuracy, precision and good quality. I can also add a certified stamp to my translated version of any document, if the client prefers. Document proofreading/copy-editing is a skill that I developed during the last few years. I will review different types of documents including academic student essays and research papers, giving me the ability to scan any text for any spelling, grammatical, word-usage, and sentence-structure errors, punctuation, the use of numerals, and style inconsistencies. I will as well scan a text for other inconsistencies relating to formatting, layout, page side margins, titles, subtitles, reference citations (in-text and reference list citations), language-bias and anthropomorphism errors, and so forth… The knowledge of the most common style guides such as CMS (16th edition), APA (6th edition), and MLA; writing style sheets, as well as the use of the MS Track Change Option and Comment feature are important skills that I have acquired through my proofreading/copy-editing career.
