I have 15+ years of project management experience, including implementation consulting, and business analysis. I have a track record of completing projects on time, under budget while effectively handling the inevitable change requests along the way. I have held a Project Management Professionals certification (PMP) for 2 years, and continue to build my skills and expertise through a membership with Project Management International (PMI). In my years of project management, I have had extensive experience from initiation to project closing. As a consultant and trainer, I spent considerable time on stakeholder analysis and communication, developing project plans, estimating time and human resources needed to complete a project, identifying subject matter expertise needed, identifying and managing risks, contracting and RFP development for needed services or contracts, negotiating contracts and work expectations, and conducting process and program evaluation of the project and work involved.
