• Responsible for handling Growth market comprising of India,South Africa, Hispano America and Middle East. • Providing comp analytics for all the strategic initiatives. • Implementing career framework for two major businesses across South Africa • Understanding the local nuances inorder to implement the change. • Market benchmarking of all the upcoming roles in the organization. • Presenting insights of Annual Salary Review to Growth Head • Market analytics on benefit benchmarking for the UAE • Worked on Sales Incentive Plan of Growth thereby aligning the same with global guidelines. • Designing pay range for the South Africa and Middle East. • Aligning all the major processes to global guidelines. • Entrusted with the responsibility of handling pay design and pay structure basis the hierarchy within the organization • Formulating leave, Internal transfers, Job rotation and other organizational policies. • Accountable for annual merit increment compensation design and implementation • Looking after variable pay design, increment decision design & C&B administration • Carrying out internal and external comp & ben surveys with consulting firms • Preparing the Compensation, IJP and Promotion Policy documents and end to end execution of the same • Overseeing job matching for each role basis the market standards for the entire organization • Developing and introducing Employee Benefit Policy (20 years Benefit Program) • Responsible for financial reporting consisting of fixed cost analysis, incentive provisioning and Quarter on Quarter analysis of the cost variance • Meeting with Business Heads towards finalizing the business incentive metrics in concerned to the market trend • Executing business incentive policy for the sales and support functions • Involved in revising the employee benefit plan that is moving from towards the flexible benefit plan • Formulating annual operating plan for the entire organization • Carrying out Compensation and Benefits Survey with leading consultants • Responsible for Annual Increments basis the hierarchy within the organization • Designing pay structure, pay mix of Base and Annual Bonus • Aligning with Global comp managers for all the decisions and communications. • Budget building for Annual Increment basis the market survey • Designing Compensation statement for India • Empanelled with Annual Health Checkup vendor and execution of the entire process • Creating internal ranges for all the functions considering annual increment, market data and new joiner’s data. • Enrolments and Administration of all the benefits including Insurance, PF, gratuity for India • Launch of Flexible Benefit Plan • Designing Leave Policy for the new location and empanelled with vendor for execution of the same.
