My name is Victoria Bickford, I am the Owner of Victoria’s Virtual Office working as a Certified Virtual Real Estate Assistant, Virtual Administrative Assistant, Small Business Owner, and New Business Developer & Startup Assistant.
I have over 10 years of working as a Certified Virtual Real Estate Assistant for Real Estate Investors and also agents and working with other investors as well. Altogether in my career, I have over 20 + years of experience and have been taught by some of the best in the industry.
I graduated from the Florida Real Estate Assistant Institute with my final state exam scoring a 98%! The work experience I have worked with big investors working the California state in search of Buyers, Sellers, Investors, Pre-Foreclosures, Probates, Distressed Properties, Cash Purchases, and other types of properties including wholesales.
I have experience working with different CRM’s such as Mojo Sells, Rei reply, Podio, Callrail, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, and more. The experience I have in the area is over 20 years doing Cold Calling, Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, Appointment Scheduling, Script Creation, Recruiting, New Business Management, and Startup Assistance, Training, Scheduling, Payroll, and many more office tasks.
I have experience in many areas, including Social Media Management, Proofreader, plus much more.
My availability is open and I can work 6 days per week if needed. Monday-Saturday 9 am-7 pm EST.
