I am an internationally Certified Yoga Teacher specializing in Mudra Yoga, Yoga therapy, Pregnancy Yoga, Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa styles, Stress Management, Meditation and Pranayama. I believe practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible it also improves the functioning of body system and stabilized state of mind.
