He has experience of working in various streams of Audit and Compliance functions with one of the largest Big Four Firm (“Deloitte Haskins & Sells) for more than 5 years. Suthayananda Prabhu has led and managed engagements for several large, complex and multi-locational clients. Further, the clients handled also include listed companies in India. His areas of expertise include Statutory audit, Internal and tax audits and has handled a wide range of special assignments including convergence of financial statements under IND AS, Limited Reviews, Certifications for various purposes etc. He also has experience in handling compliances of Income tax and Goods and Services Tax for various corporates and individuals.
