Chartered Surveyor/PA/bookkeeping

I am a hardworking Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with bookkeeping qualifications (AICB) and experience of working as a high end PA. I can very much tailor my approach to individual client needs and projects. Examples of experience include:

Property: Property & estate management, sales & lettings, refurbishments, development & conversions, expenditure budgets & income forecasts, Landlord & Tenant matters, insurance claims & renewals, overseeing contractors, reports for owners/Trustees/Charities, property viewings, land acquisition.

Bookkeeping: Setting clients up on Xero and using it for all usual aspects of bookkeeping - sale and purchase ledgers, bank and credit card reconciliations, credit control, preparing financial reports and management accounts, cash flow forecasts, payroll, VAT returns.

Admin: Diary management, booking travel, email organisation, accurate data input, report preparation, document writing, proof reading/document checking, very competent with all the usual softwares.

I am adaptable and conscientious, working effectively both independently and as part of a team. With high standards and attention to detail, I am organised and committed to finishing each task, no matter how small, to the best of my ability. I am proactive and enjoy overcoming challenges, finding appropriate solutions to any issues arising.
