For the last 4 years, have been using Zendesk to solve customer issues and queries regarding their products via Online Chat, Emails and Phone. Taking Inbound and Outbound calls, Email support and live chat support, documentation and preparing purchase order, typing, proof reading, translation, product documentation are my key skills. Also I do documentation and invoicing for the purchase order.
