I have been providing customer service and technical support via chat for the past 9 years and I love it. I have worked for many start up companies (Opentable, Mouthwatch,etc) and also a few very large telecommunications companies as well (Cablevision, Altice). I am familiar with most chat platforms and an expert in the Livechat platform. I type 65+ wpm and have no problems handling 4-5 chat sessions at one time. I have supervised chat teams of 20-30 technicians and I know what it takes to keep chat support running smoothly.
