As a chat support agent for almost 3 years, I was able to adapt to a call center and virtual environment. I am also able to inhibit the character of a Customer Service Representative. I know how to build rapport among my customers, assist them in their needs and make them 'feel the hug' through chat and email. I can multitask and deal with 10-15 customers at a time from various websites. I get high scores in our performance metrics and I am able to do my job well, with no escalations. I have a degree in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and I graduated with Latin honors. I am a student leader during my college years and also a member of various organizations. I can do technical support since it is in line with my course. I am also involved in graphic designing. I am a team player, flexible, and a hard-working person with a strong work ethic.
