Throughout the years working in and out of a call center I have gain immense experience in data entry through uses of different CRM, Microsoft Office tools, social media management etc. I've was a call center representative for 5 years and I can say that I am knowledgeable of what I am doing. I know how to handle different type of customer and how to dealt with them.
