In my previous role as a Search Engine Optimization Specialist, I honed my analytical skills and developed a strong understanding of how Google works in order to help websites rank higher on search engine results pages. This required flexibility and adaptability in keeping up with the ever-changing algorithms and best practices in the industry.

As a Medical Credential Analyst, I was responsible for verifying and auditing the credentials of medical practitioners, including physicians and non-physicians. This role required a high level of attention to detail, as well as strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.

In my role as an Image Analyst, I used my keen observational skills to describe images in as much detail as possible, helping users who were unable to identify objects using the CamFind app.

In my most recent role, I started as a chat representative, where I developed strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. I was then promoted to a Workforce Coordinator, where I honed my organizational skills and ability to manage schedules and staffing needs for a team of chat representatives.
