As Chef Instructor I introduce all the tools and equipments used in cooking and baking, teach the different kinds of sauces, make recipes, cook and bake, menu planning, food costing, safety and hygiene, different methods of cooking, etc. As Executive Chef I supervise and manage all the staff in the kitchen, check quality of the meats, seafood, make food costing, plan the menu, etc. also see to it that the area is always clean.
