I am a culinary Chef/Chef Manager who is able to lead from the front by setting, following and delivering the highest culinary standards. Have been a culinary Chef for at least 20 years. Love to write, and am looking to retire soon. Still like to be kept busy, and like to write in a novice way. I have never been published, and am new to this world of freelance, but do love writing as much as cooking in a kitchen, creating menus and such has always been fun, give me a shot, sure would like to see if I can deliver more than great service and food!
