Her studies took a specialization in Printmaking. In 2007/08, she was awarded a Erasmus scholarship at the Accademia Albertina delle Belle Arti, in Turin, Italy. Catarina was also involved in multiple workshops in drawing. Solo Exhibitions: "Living" - Novo Século Galley, Lisbon - 2010; "Imagined Dream" - Novo Século Gallery, Lisbon - 2011; "Imagined Dream" - Trindade Gallery, Oporto - 2011 she has also done several Group Exhibitions, including 2 features at Lisbon's Contemporary Art Fair, check her website to confirm She recently completed an edition of etchings for Centro Português de Serigrafia. Catarina Garcia's work can be found in many private collections in Portugal, France, Germany and USA. Catarina has also developed illustration skills
