Ever
since I was a young boy, I have been inspired by comic books. I spent
hours at home drawing my favorite super heroes and copying my
favorite Calvin and Hobbes comic strips. It was a hobby that, much to
the chagrin of my teachers in high school, was evident in all my
notebooks. Where there should have been careful notes about the
class, were instead doodles of Batman, Dragon Ball Z characters and
Garfield. Despite this, I graduated with good grades and continued my
education at Brandeis University where I majored in English. There, I
also took art courses alongside my English studies. After graduation,
I was fortunate enough to work as a summer intern in the comic book
industry at Marvel. This experience really helped to shape the path I
have chosen for myself and my hopes and dreams for the future. I
continued my pursuits in Japan where I spent the last two years
completing a degree at one of the more renowned Japanese schools of
Manga (the Japanese word for comic). I learned a gr
