Hey :) I'm Alex, and I am a passionate illustrator who loves children's books, great stories, and cute characters, the more whimsical, the better! If you commission me to draw your illustration, it will be my pleasure to custom hand draw your page, idea, and characters for you and I hope we will work together in the future!

What you receive:

• You receive one illustration/page sample illustration for your children's book, hand-drawn and original.
• In this gig, two revisions are included in the cycle. 
• After the final approval and payment reception, you will receive 1 high res TIF and 1 High Res JPG in the format and page sizes you asked for and the rights to use it, including commercially

How I work:

1. First, we will speak about what you need. Tell me a little about your story and provide me with any information I need - i.e., if you already imagine a specific kind of image, what your character and world look like. Page size, any info you already know about layout and typesetting. 
   It is crucial for you to be as specific as possible with the illustration you need, as it ensures my ability to create a result close to your imagination, and prevents unnecessary time and work costs. The better I know your vision, the better I can provide the image you need!
2. After you give me your information, I will come up with a rough draft, and send it to you. Here, bigger changes are still possible - let me know about any details you would like to change and give me specific information about these changes.
3. I will then implement those changes and then send you the changed draft for you to approve or let me know which details you still want to change while I draw, paint, color, and finalize it. This counts as your first revision.
4. After I finalize the illustration, I will send you a low-resolution version for your second revision to see and approve, or let me know about small detail changes if necessary.

All my illustrations, vector or raster, are original and digitally hand-drawn or created with vector tools from scratch. Especially with raster illustrations, this means that after a full fleshed-out drawing, big changes, additions, etc are not possible anymore within the fixed price range of this job. 

Since all my illustrations are original and custom crafted you don't only purchase my working time and the rights to use it, you will also be able to use it commercially.
