I have graduated from Fudan University, one of the most prestigious universities in China, with a master’s degree in English-Chinese translation and interpretation. My academic courses empowered me to shuttle and explore freely in a multi-cultural environment, and I have successfully passed several professionally demanding and nationally recognized translation tests in China, such as China Accreditation Test for Translators and Interpreters Band Two, Certificate of Shanghai Interpretation Accreditation Test (Advanced Level), and Test for English Majors, Band Eight. I have six years’ experience in translation and interpretation, and accumulated rich experience in translating documents in fields of government policies, legal papers, marketing and business materials,literature works and academic readings. Outside work, I am an extensive reader of foreign magazines such as The Economist, New York Times to keep up with international updates. Besides that, one of my strength is information sourcing capacity. I have a burning curiosity for exploring new technologies. With a logic mind, I am adept at find useful information in an ocean of unsorted news.
