I have served as a professional Chinese-English translator in a variety of roles over the past seven years. With Smart Air, an environmental NGO in Beijing and the Wanxiang Corporation, a global electric vehicle company based in Hangzhou, I translated research materials, strategic reports, and corporate communications materials for English-speaking clientele around the world. Upon graduating from the University of Chicago with a degree in International Relations and a specialization in Chinese language, I served as the principal Chinese translator for the RAND Corporation in Washington, D.C., where I was responsible for translating open-source materials, articles, reports, data, and full-length books on a wide-range of topics for U.S. and international government clientele.
While my areas of greatest interest lie in literary and media translation, I am always excited to explore new topics through translation and strive to consistently deliver maximum quality Chinese-English translations for all of my clients.
