In my current role as a voice expert engineer in the voice operations center team , I am accustomed to working in a high pressure environment , where accuracy and attention to detail are essential , I am responsible for Troubleshooting, Identifying and Resolve all VoIP & IPT related incidents over different technologies / vendors , I am also responsible for Performing change & releasing management activities (implement simple/complex changes and upgrades) , I pride myself on my ability to deal with pressure and multi-task with a positive and flexible attitude , flexibility as huge number of customers are being handled where each customer has a different design , and it occurs a lot of times that 2 or more different customers are experiencing a major problem at the same time , that is leading to a huge impact on the business , and in this scenario identifying and solving the problem is a mandatory in an agreed period of time , I consider my elf as a very skilled multi-tasker and being able to work under a huge pressure , as the voice operation center team is handling a huge number of customers as “Maersk –World-bank , Hapaglloyd , GSK , PMI “ ,
