Hello! You can call me Mike. I am a Citrix SME with 8 years' experience. Overall, I have been in IT for 14 years. 

I am currently a Citrix Engineer by day specializing in Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware products. I have a proven track record of operational excellence, exceeding expectations, and providing end-of-the-line support in demanding environments.

I am currently offering after-hours consulting services on anything VDI related. Including, but not limited to, infrastructure design, project planning, incident resolution/root cause analysis, automation and reporting, as well as business continuity/disaster recovery planning. 

I am available M-F 6-10pm EST and weekends from 8am to 8pm. Billed by the hour.  

I am a fully remote worker and strive to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
