civil Engineer/Billing Estimate Engineer • Prepare the Bill of Quantities from plans, describing the material, items of work and the quantities required • Prepare Bar bending Schedules, Structural Schedules etc., • Prepare Quantities of Excavations, Concrete, Block work, Wood work, Roof tiling, External Render, External works and minor landscaping • Prepare and issue material Supply enquiries and assessment of quotations • Carry out take offs for material procurement • Prepare Specifications • Manage and value variations • Estimating Quantities of Building materials • Ongoing Cost analysis of maintenance and repair work • Should have an exposure to Auto cad, MS Excel • Should have a good understanding of the complete construction cycle and the roles of each professional and trade required to build a successful Project. • Should be an effective communicator with technical, reasoning and analytical skills
