• Responsible for monitoring contracts, quantity take-off and contract specification • Assessment of progress as per quantities and sale value • Client and Subcontract Billing • Evaluation, negotiation and selection of sub contractor's quotations. • Sub-Contractors scope of works, rate analysis and Sub-contract agreements. • Prepare and maintain records of all subcontract agreements and payment. • SAP interface for process the bill through System. • Co-ordination with Client / Consultants Quality Surveyor. • Making various reports for Project, HO and Audit
