Some of my career experience includes: Land Development Projects : Oversight of due diligence research including, review of zoning and land development ordinances, review GIS information (wetlands, floodplains and endangered species), sewer and water availability, concept plan generation, application review and submission, attendance at Planning Board meetings and correspondence with Review Professionals. Site Grading and Layout: Generate conceptual and final design of proposed improvements, which included new structures, parking, paving, roadways and maintenance areas. Grade Conflict Resolution: Travel to project site to work with in-field personnel in order to resolve unforeseen conflicts during construction activities to provide solutions in a real-time format.
