I am a Civil engineer with experience with reinforced concrete and structural steel. would perform the following jobs: -Floor plans, roof, and Wall plans - Foundation plans - Modified topography plans -Sanitary installations for drinking water and sewage - Sizing drawings of the building. -Door and window dimensions, opening directions -Slab plan, if there is anything to show in it -Staircase dimensions. -Roof window dimensions and connections -Cross-sections -Elevation drawings with door and window opening directions and height marks. -Detail drawings with descriptions - quantity depends on the complexity of the project. -Wood and metal detail drawings -Tin plate detail drawings (sills, eaves flashing, valley flashing, ridge flashing, etc.) -Assembly drawings, lintel plan, detail drawings with drilling holes -Assembly drawings with wall types (so that team at the site knows what extra layers they still need to apply) - Assembly sections with detail descriptions - Materials needed at the site (material designation and quantities) - Max panel dimension list - Technical report with the static and dynamic calculations made for the building. - Material list for manufacturing.
