You will be provided a detailed Excel spreadsheet listing all quantities to include notes & exclusions. For mass earthwork you will also be provided with a calculation report & 3D image as generated by my estimating software. I will always be available to back up my estimates for change orders, RFIs, discussions with your in-house team, engineers & owners, subs & suppliers, general questions, etc.. 

 I can also reach out to your list (or I can create my own list using Google) of subs & suppliers for pricing. However, I do recommend that your in-house team does this for relationship purposes and cost effectiveness. Not knowing the production abilities of your individual crews, you would need to either input that data into the spreadsheet or enter my quantities into your own spreadsheet, of course. 

I do try hard to be very detailed, organized and cost affective. My services would be very beneficial to your in-house team by freeing them up for other bid preparation and management duties. It also could help you from taking on another full-time payroll. I can do certain scopes or entire projects. 

I am also very good with feasibility studies, value engineering and design. Consulting services are available online or in your office (pending travel cost).
