• I bring over 9 years of engineering experience in Structural/Civil engineering. I am experienced, in the infrastructure and building industry which includes: the design and analysis of reinforced concrete structures, masonry structures, timber structures and steel structures; civil works which includes the design and detailing of waste water systems, parking and drive-way and storm water management. I have experience in construction supervision of Structural and Civil works of infrastructural projects. I have also been involved in roads/highway designs,

• Throughout my 9-year career, in structures, I have been involved in site supervision of civil and structural works, design and detailing, preparation of bar bending schedules, preparation of design calculations, Frame analysis (both steel and R.C.), Finite element analysis, manual analysis, timber analysis, preparation of tender documents, site investigations, geotechnical survey and laboratory testing of materials.

• In Civil Engineering I have been involved in the preparation of Request for Proposal and Expression of Interest and Tender documents, the preparation of reports for clients for presentation and preparation of estimates (quantities) from Highway detailed drawings.

• I am a registered professional engineer with EBK Kenya and also registered corporate member with the IEK Kenya.

• I have gained experience from previous training, internships and employment. I have also been able to gain proficiency in the use of Civil Engineering Software which includes: ETABS; Tekla; STAADPro; Prokon; Design Spreadsheets; AutoCAD and Civil3D. He also is proficient in Microsoft software which includes: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
