I am a civil engineer with over 10 years experience in all aspects of land development. I travel on a regular basis between Arizona, Nevada and California. Am looking for projects in these areas that can be completed from a home office. Experience includes design of grading plans, water and sewer utility plans, site layout, complete construction documents, as well as construction inspection. My 20 years in Land Development have given me a wealth of knowledge. I have been able to work on all types of projects, from individual homes to large apartment communities; from single office buildings to commericial developments; from single store sites to developments with big box anchors. I am licensed in 3 states and have my CPESC certification for help with erosion control and water quality issues.
