During my years of work experience, I have performed a wide range of clerical tasks, such as typing; copying; filing; retrieving, sorting and distributing mail; composing business correspondence; composing how-to manuals; data entry; customer service; answering and screening calls to a multi-line and manually converting documents into other document forms. I have 12 years of experience assisting customers, both within and beyond the expectations of my position. I have been commended many times on my willingness to help and my ability to empathize with customers. Secondly, I am very comfortable working independently. At the Bruno Conference Center, I was the only employee inside of the entire Center; thus, I was the first and sole point of contact for most of its needs. Third, I am strong at organization. For example, as an Operator at Limbaugh Toyota, I arranged and filed hundreds of invoices numerically and filed customer folders alphabetically for at least four hours each day. Finally, I am able and willing to work a flexible schedule. At Limbaugh Toyota, I worked 12 hours every other Saturday. During the week, I'd work from 3:30pm until 7:30pm. Thus, I am familiar with and able to work both nights and weekends if necessary.
