I have been in customer service in some capacity most of my job timeline, 20 years or more. I truly enjoy being able to help someone or a business reach their goals. I possess great communication both written and verbal skills. I am very comfortable asking questions if I do not understand the task given or perhaps just ensuring I understand the research I am interpreting for my clients is as accurate as possible. I strive to achieve the goal above the requirements given. I feel that sometimes people may not see the whole picture when they need something specific. Often times other details come to light that you may not have thought about, however, I would give what is requested and then provide my additional information. It is such a cliché but as they say “Sometimes two heads are better than one”. I am very self-sufficient and self-motivated. I like the request to be clear and concise of what you need and if by some chance you are not sure, then it is okay for us to navigate together to find the right answer. I like to be organized and detailed with my work. Time management is a priority. I like to utilize Google Drive as a great tool to update in real time.
