I am Caroline Castro; a Client Experience Associate working for Asia-Pacific Telehub. As a part of the APTel staff, I am eager to turn my years of knowledge, both in the field of customer service and IT related desk jobs, into experience. When it comes to professional skills, I can say with confidence that the knowledge I have with computers and my proficiency in the English language are more than adequate to handle computer-related and business relevant documentary tasks. In addition, my experience with the APTel staff has given me knowledge and experience when it comes to communicative, facilitative, administrative and managerial tasks. The extra courses I took made me confident about my data analysis skills and my ability to conduct research and write reports, specifically when it comes to topics that involve the field of business. In addition, I have studied various other cultures and learned to understand the needs of people that hold different philosophies in life. As someone who lives in a multicultural country, it is inherent for me to understand different cultural needs and sensitivities. With these traits, I hope to enter a field where I can reach out to people and provide them with their needs through customer service.
