My task was to make a discussion with the client, understand his thoughts / tasks, create tasks, assign them to team members, explain to them what decisions they need to make and check the work done. Have a discussion with the Front-end and mobile teams. Architect DB. For the api(backend) we used Codeigniter(PHP Framework) and the concept of REST.
