- I handle customer's billing inquiries, guide them with the right package/subscription to purchase that is fit for their needs, do a soft pitching for product selling, soft tech problems, saving the customer from cancelling their services.
- I am currently on a part-time job with Data entry/encoding/analyst for a small company in our hometown since 2015-present. We do transcribing (words), data analysis, tagging of data, typing or encoding of data.
