COLD CALLING SPECIALIST

My name is Jess, and I'm a 26-year-old Filipino who has worked as a freelance agent for three years and in a BPO firm for four years. I began as a technical support representative at Qualfon Incorporated and was later promoted to supervisor department, where the majority of the calls I handled were escalation calls.




Following that, I was employed by HelloTech, an Amazon partner, as an installation services representative. Among our responsibilities were appointment scheduling, payment processing, technician assignment, regular customer communication regarding the progress of their requests, order processing, rescheduling, cancellation, and upselling planning.




I then worked for a real estate company called realtystore.com as a sales agent. Our cold calling strategy involves pitching subscription services that enable agents and brokers to promote their listings on our website.




I also work for a publishing company as well. We cold called authors, pitching them on various services that would increase their internet reputation as authors. It was all pure sales.




After that, I work as an appointment setter for a marketing firm called A-list. The company is situated in Dubai and operates a business-to-business platform. Our job is to cold call any type of business, such clubs, restaurants, hotels, and retail establishments. Offer them a marketing plan and schedule a time for additional conversation with the sales team.




Lastly, I was employed by a debt collecting company as a lead validator and data entry employee.




I can work with little supervision, pick things up quickly, and put in a lot of effort. My goal is to be the person you decide to add to your team. I'm sure I can use my experience to a good uuse if given the chance.
