- Under COLLECTIONS dept taking mixed calls for inbound and outbound. - Dealing with Bank Accounts, Credit Cards & Loans with combination of Complaint Management. - Helping customers who are in financial difficulty and assessing customers situation and financial standing to help them back into financial health - Providing options for possible help (Setting up repayment plans, processing payment, conducting budgetary assessment, placing hold on the account, adjusting due dates, closing of account, setting up Direct Debits, checking transactions, etc.)
