I have exclusively represented corporations in real estate strategies for high profile transactions which require a business case and executive approvals. I have completed over 45 Million SF of transactional work ranging from $70-300Million per transaction.
The work includes global portfolio alignment, metropolitan studies, and one-off head quarter transactions. I have worked in two of the three largest global commercial firms and understand all aspects of the business including labor issues, site selection, creating a strategy to align the corporations needs with their future business, as well as construction management, and asset management. I have extensive experience in proposal writing, presentations, and problem solving.
