I am passionate about my work. Because I love what I do, I have a great source of motivation that drives me more to do my best. In my previous job as a VA HMO Biller, I am also passionate about learning new things, new jobs, it led me to challenge myself daily and learn new skills that helped me to do better work. I considered myself organized. Having OCD or Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, I considered that as one of my strong points being detail-oriented, organized. I like to keep a clean workplace and create a logical filing method so I'm able to find what I need. In my last role being a VA in e-commerce business in the fulfillment department, I was able to create my filing process, that helps me to find things immediately and also helps me to perform my job well. I am a natural leader. I find co-workers usually come to me with questions or concerns even when I'm not in a leadership role because if I don't know the answer, I'll at least point them in the right direction. In my last two roles I was promoted to leadership positions after less than a year with the company.
